L’Altra Riabilitazione, a leading national physiotherapy practice based in Rivergaro, Italy, was in search of an agency to work on its digital marketing.
According to his own words, owner Marcello Chiapponi was desperate to find a team that “worked with common sense”, and that could deliver real growth for his online channels, and therefore his business.
Chiapponi’s website had a huge potential, but was suffering from poor SEO optimisation and several technical issues.
Nevertheless, it managed to achieve several thousands of views per month from organic sources, such as Google, YouTube and Social Media.
The brand needed a change of direction, but we had to make it right, or it would risk losing everything that was built until that point.
